For those less fortunate
This Diwali,
before you spend 1000 Rs. on a firecracker, think that amount could be a family's earnings for a few months.. before you buy sweets, think of the people who have no food.. before you buy new clothes, think of the people who have no clothes at all, who do not even have a roof over their heads.. when you get together with friends at the brand new barristas, think of those kids outside who stare at you with longing eyes.. think, if you buy new clothes, give the old ones to people who need them.. if you buy some sweets, give one to a kid on the road and watch their eyes light up with the joy if you buy firecrackers, give a few sparklers to the beggars at the crossroads..
